This client is looking to hire aSports Traderto join their team based inLisbon.Key Responsibilities Price, manage, and monitor pre-match and live sports markets for Mexico and Spain Adjust odds and limits in response to market movement, liabilities, and customer behaviour Manage sportsbook risk exposure and ensure margin targets are met Analyse betting patterns and identify irregular or suspicious activity Contribute to market and product optimization, including leagues, bet types, and promotions Work with internal teams to improve trading tools, processes, and automation Stay up to date with sporting events, league developments, and local market trendsRequirements Proven experience as a Sports Trader within an iGaming or sportsbook environment Strong knowledge of Spanish and Mexican sports markets, especially football Experience with pre-match and/or in-play trading Excellent numerical and analytical skills Ability to make fast, confident decisions under pressure Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and major sporting eventsNice to Have Experience trading LATAM markets Knowledge of player behaviour and local betting preferences Experience with automated or semi-automated trading tools Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
