Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and system requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
* Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
* Identify and propose improvements to ERP workflows.
* Support testing, training, and documentation processes.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business/functional analysis.
* Proficiency in modeling languages like UML and BPMN.
* Experience preparing functional specifications and structured documentation.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
* Fluent in Portuguese. English is a plus.
