Job Title: Vendor Management Specialist
This is a critical role that requires effective vendor management, procurement, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance.
1. On-board and off-board service contractors under Advisory and Assistance Services (AAS) and other procurement vehicles if required.
2. Draft Statements of Work (SOW) for various service requirements.
3. Select the most suitable procurement strategy in line with NATO policies.
4. C coordinate with Acquisition, Project Managers, and relevant branches to ensure smooth vendor selection contract execution.
5. Administer contracts monitoring performance when needed.
6. Maintain update the Vendor Management Portal templates guidelines vendor data records.
7.
