We are looking for a Transversal Project Manager
Main Tasks:
* Establish and coordinate centralized cybersecurity or risk-related services, from design/ideation through to implementation, following defined governance, processes, and methodologies.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts (technical, legal, compliance, tax, data, etc.) to define scope, requirements, risks, and mitigation actions for new services or initiatives.
* Support cross-functional and cross-border programs by facilitating service deployment in multiple locations and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
* Provide operational and project management support for program initiatives, including change management, process alignment, and risk mitigation.
* Define and oversee contractual agreements (e.g., SLAs, billing processes) between departments and delivery centers, ensuring proper governance and follow-up.
* Contribute to governance reporting, including program updates, risk tracking, and project steering at both department and central levels.
Main Skills & Requirements:
* Proven project management experience
* Awareness of risk and outsourcing practices
* Knowledge of IT, IT Risk, and Cybersecurity fundamentals
* Understanding of data protection regulations, policies, and standards
* Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks and key developments
* Fluency in English is mandatory
