Job Summary
Keyrus seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Developer with expertise in Alteryx or Knime as data preparation tools, to drive automation and efficiency in financial control processes. The ideal candidate possesses skills in development, process automation, business analysis, and data transformation within the finance sector.

This position is hybrid, based in Lisbon, Portugal. All applications/CVs must be submitted in English.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze financial control processes with accounting teams to identify opportunities for automation.
* Design and develop tactical automation tools, primarily using Alteryx, but also Power Query, Power BI, Python, or other tools.
* Deliver working prototypes that enhance efficiency and support financial processes.
* Provide automated desktop assets, such as Excel spreadsheets, Power Queries, and Power BI dashboards.
* Document business rules and collaborate with Finance IT for industrialization of automated processes.
* Train accounting control staff on advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI functionalities to improve efficiency.
* Facilitate communication between Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Requirements for the Role:
* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
* Proficiency in Alteryx (preferred) or other data preparation tools (Knime, Dataiku, etc.).
* Strong Excel, Power BI, and Power Query skills.
* Experience with Python and RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.).
* Knowledge of financial reporting and control processes, as well as capital markets products is a plus.
* Ability to interact effectively with both business users and IT teams.
* Strong understanding of data manipulation, integration, and visualization.
* Previous experience in project management.
* Familiarity with databases (SQL) and related tools is a plus.
* Fluent in English.
* Intermediate Portuguese.
* Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal.
