The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded product manager to join our team responsible for the acquisition and renewal stages of the customer journey.
You'll work closely with marketing to increase conversion and maximise revenue while improving the experience our customers have as they trial our software, purchase, renew and manage their subscriptions.
Responsibilities
* Partnering with Marketing to define a growth strategy and supporting roadmap
* Working with a cross-functional team to get high quality products to market fast, focusing on outcome over output and looking for continuous improvement in ways of working
* Developing insight-based hypotheses and using experimentation to test and validate them
* Understanding competitors, the market and longer-term trends that could impact growth
* Talking to users and stakeholders to gain insight and understand gaps or opportunities for improvements
Requirements
* Data-driven, with strong analytical skills
* Able to distil complex problems and ambiguous requirements into crisp, actionable plans and break down big, chunky pieces of work into thinner slices of iterative value
* Bias toward action
* Excellent communication skills, able to tailor your communication to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organisation
* Quickly understanding and mastering new domains
