What you will do in this roleAs a Content Moderator, you will:From the beginning, you will take an active role in continuously seeking for initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experienceReview, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyrightTake an active role in reviewing user behaviours as well as ensuring the rules of the Social Media areasAnalyse reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions as starting point, maintaining a high level of quality in each reportBe a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying our guidelines with reference to nuanced and context-dependent policies in an evolving environmentMake autonomous decisions against challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or business-critical nature Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1)Fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)At least 6 months of relevant experience in related fieldsStrong customer service oriented skillsTolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environmentAbility to work as a team member, as well as independentlyAbility to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills and communicate effectivelyFast learner, diligent worker If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
