Job Title
The RRP Brand Manager position is a critical role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and executing the development of projects in line with category objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, coordinate, supervise, and monitor the execution of assigned projects on time and budget, ensuring high-quality delivery and cost effectiveness.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project, coordinating with marketing managers to define and track progress.
* Collaborate with sales teams in all markets to incorporate commercial acumen into activation initiatives.
* Manage allocated budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for each activity or project.
* Motivate and guide team members to optimize workload distribution and ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Relevant experience in marketing or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail multinational companies.
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Fluency in English and local language.
