As a key member of our dynamic team, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation and organizational change initiatives. As a key link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users, the Change Management Consultant / Business Analyst ensures that solutions are not only implemented effectively but also adopted and embraced across the MPG.
Responsabilities:
Enterprise Change Management Consulting
- Provide change management consultation services across a portfolio of projects and strategic initiatives including people, process, and technology initiatives (e.g., major IT system replacements, substantial process redesign and major reorganizations).
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and user onboarding activities.
- Ability to develop clear and engaging communication strategies to support change initiatives.
- Skilled in producing and delivering user-focused materials such as training guides, FAQs, and onboarding communications.
- Ability to assess organizational readiness and stakeholder sentiment to tailor change strategies accordingly.
Business Analysis & Delivery Skills
- Expertise in capturing and analyzing business requirements across functional and technical domains.
- Experience working on complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, vendors, and delivery streams.
- Strong ability to synthesize requirements and translate them into actionable delivery items.
- Skilled in benefits and cost analysis, including development of financial impact profiles aligned to project roadmaps.
- Proficiency in creating user documentation, business proposals, process maps, and communication artifacts.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations in dynamic project environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Proactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:
- 5 or more years' experience in Change Management Consultant, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or related consulting positions in support of business objectives.
- Experience in large-scale Oracle implementations or project delivery roles within one of the Big Four consulting firms (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG).
- Familiarity with ERP environments, particularly Oracle systems, from a business process or change management perspective.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end process design and documentation (SOPs), with a focus on process improvement, standardization, and alignment with business objectives.
- Experience working on complex transformation programs in cross-functional environments.
- An understanding and appreciation of cultural nuances and ways of working in different countries.
- An ability to cultivate relationships and navigate a globally complex organization model.
