We are looking for an Infrastructure/Security Project Manager who is willing to relocate to join our Client's team in Brussels, Belgium.Key Responsibilities:Project Setup:Align project objectives with management and stakeholders.Obtain effort and cost estimations for the project.Gain approval for the project plan and secure necessary resources (internal staff and external sub-contractors).Project Monitoring:Oversee project deliverables to ensure scope, quality, costs, and deadlines are met.Actively manage risks related to the project and ensure all objectives are implemented.Enforce compliance with organizational rules, standards, and gating principles at all project stages.Ensure that all team members, including sub-contractors, adhere to enterprise compliance, operational risk guidelines, and permanent control standards.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain and update project documents to reflect changes throughout the project lifecycle.Deliver regular progress reports and lead project steering committees.Stakeholder Management:Engage with stakeholders in steering committees and other key forums.Ensure smooth communication between the business and all stakeholders.Handover of Deliverables:Continuously share information with teams responsible for ongoing operations after project completion.Ensure effective handover of project deliverables at the conclusion of the project.Required Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in the infrastructure/security domain.Strong knowledge of project management methods, tools, and processes.Proven hands-on experience in relevant domains such as security project delivery.Preferred Skills and Expertise:Experience with vulnerability and obsolescence management.Knowledge of network security and access management solutions such as PAM (Privileged Access Management) and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, or ITIL best practices.Why Join Us?Employment: Indefinite Contract from the start.Relocation Support: Great relocation package.Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for your well-being.Hybrid Work Model: 2 days on-site, 3 days remote.Continuous Learning: Access to a Udemy Business subscription with thousands of workshops and courses.Team Culture: Collaborative and innovative work environment.If you meet the above criteria and are ready for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment, submit your CV!
