* Provide expert guidance to clients on how to get the most out of our self-service advertising tools
* Support customers through various channels including chat, email, and phone to ensure a seamless experience
* Help clients drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) by sharing in-depth product knowledge
* Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care, upholding a customer-first mindset
Requirements:
* Fluent English (C1 and higher) both spoken and written
* Currently residing in Lisbon, Portugal; relocation not available
* Natural communication skills, empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities
* Independent, resourceful, yet a strong team player
* Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and handle confidential information
* Will to learn and master new tools and platforms
* EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card holder
