Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Professional
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management Informatics, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in CRM-related roles is also required.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing CRM campaigns, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
* Responsibilities:
* Create and manage CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
* Develop automated communication flows to enhance conversion rates.
* Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of two years of experience in CRM-related roles.
* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for evaluating campaign performance and results.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Experience in managing web-based products is highly valued.
* Fluent English, spoken and written.
