Profile Description Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial markets, specifically in FX or electronic trading environments; Strong understanding of FX products, market structure, and electronic trading workflows (order execution, pricing, liquidity, aggregators, single‐dealer platforms); Experience working closely with Front Office stakeholders (traders and sales) to gather enhancement requests and translate business needs into clear functional specifications; Ability to act as a bridge between business users and development teams within fast‐paced trading environments; Solid knowledge of financial market participants and trading lifecycle processes; Strong technical skills, including hands‐on experience with SQL and Unix (log analysis, querying databases, troubleshooting production issues); Comfortable investigating functional and technical incidents in collaboration with developers; Basic scripting capabilities (e.g., Python) are considered a strong asset; Ability to work autonomously and lead topics independently from analysis through delivery; Experience working in Agile environments with a pragmatic and delivery‐oriented mindset; Fluency in English (mandatory).
