2/ Job description
As a UX/UI Designer at Find&Order, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces for both internal and external tools. You will leverage a Design Thinking approach to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
You will closely collaborate with the product, development, and marketing teams to design and optimize user interfaces, integrating innovative 3D elements using specialized tools like Unity and our internal platforms. Your role will involve applying graphic creativity to develop visually compelling designs, as well as contributing to 3D modeling and visual communication efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore video editing to enhance user engagement and support product demos.
This is a hybrid role combining graphic design, 3D modeling, visual communication, and video editing, offering you the chance to work on a diverse range of creative challenges.
3/ Main responsibilities
Design Thinking and UX/UI
* Lead Design Thinking workshops to identify and analyze user needs.
* Design intuitive user journeys for both internal tools (e.g., project management systems, dashboards) and external platforms (e.g., client applications, websites).
3D Modeling
* Create and model 3D floor plans using our dedicated internal tool.
* Ensure seamless integration with UX/UI interfaces for a cohesive user experience.
3D Object Creation (Appreciated Skill)
* Develop interactive 3D objects to enhance user experiences.
* Utilize specialized software and Unity for creating immersive prototypes.
Communication Supports
* Design graphic visuals, including banners, infographics, and presentations.
* Create digital assets for marketing campaigns and internal communications.
Technical Collaboration
* Integrate designs into 3D environments using Unity.
* Optimize designs for performance and accessibility.
Continuous Improvement
* Participate in user testing and iteration cycles.
* Incorporate feedback to refine and improve products.
Bonus
: Contribute to video editing for tutorials, product demos, and promotional content (if possible).
4/ Candidate profile
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to create user-centered designs that align with both business objectives and user needs. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, bringing creative ideas to the table, and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
As a UX/UI Designer, your core tasks will include designing engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with the Product Owner to understand project requirements and user needs, conducting user research, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will also ensure that your design solutions are usable, accessible, and consistent across all platforms, while proactively contributing innovative ideas to continuously improve the user experience. You should be comfortable adapting to ever-changing priorities in an agile working environment.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with proven expertise in UX/UI design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing your work. You should be able to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks effectively, and possess strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to design challenges. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) are required due to the international nature of the role, and knowledge of French is a plus, but not mandatory.
