About the Role
We're hiring aSales Representativeto drive patient growth through bothwarm inbound lead conversion and outbound outreach.
You will own the full conversion journey — from first touch to scheduled calls.
This role requires both:
Consultative selling skills for inbound leads
Confidence and persistence for outbound calling and follow-up
This is not a passive, script-heavy call center role.
It requires initiative, accountability, and comfort working independently in a remote startup environment.
What You Will D
oConvert warm inbound lead
sConduct outbound calls to re-engage cold or inactive lead
sProactively reach out to potential patients through structured outbound campaign
sEngage via phone, SMS, chat, and emai
lEducate patients using approved, non-clinical messagin
gHandle objections with empathy and confidenc
eManage your own pipeline and prioritize follow-up
sMaintain accurate CRM documentatio
nMeet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and activity KPI
sCollaborate with care and operations teams for seamless onboardin
gThis is a phone-heavy role requiring strong follow-up discipline and consistent activity levels
