Noesis is looking for a Support Engineer, for that unique professional who thrives on solving problems and is excited about taking on new challenges. There is the need for a capacity to keep up with new technology and support of a transformation program. This position requires dedication, persistence, follow - up, effective time management, and unbeatable customer service with exceptional communication skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting Digital Channels and Marketplace applications, developed in the context of micro- sites and distributed architecture by APIs / Micro- Services
- Experience of working with ITSM systems ( Service Now / ... )
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience of working with APM ( Dynatrace / ...) preferred
- Experience from the user's point of view consulting logs in Kibana preferred
- Python programming experience preferred
- Availability to provide out- of - hours support
Work regime: hybrid (twice a week in the office)
