Responsibilities
* Be part of the opening team and ensure a smooth operation
* Build meaningful connections with guests and maintain strong relationships
* Proactively seek opportunities to enhance guest experience during their stay
* Solve customer complaints and handle guest interactions with professionalism
* Identify talents, lead, train and build team spirit among departments
* Address guests' service needs and deal with specific requests
Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in hospitality or a similar role
* Customer-orientated attitude and knowledge of customer service
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Proficiency in speaking and writing in English, Portuguese, German or other languages
