We're on the lookout for a dynamic, detail-oriented English AML Transaction Monitoring Senior Analyst to join the team of our client in Lisbon!
Location: Amoreiras
For this role, you need to have a minimum 1 months experience in KYC, EDD, AML, Transaction Monitoring or Compliance roles within the financial services industry or risk consulting services.
Your Responsabilities:
Adhere to set performance expectations (SLAs, quality standards etc.)
Actively obtain up-to-date knowledge of client's AML policies, instructions and routines.
Identify and highlight procedural and/or knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities within the scope of responsibilities.
Engage with relevant stakeholders on matters concerning operational work/issues/opportunities for improvement in a structured, cohesive, and constructive manner.
Your abilities:
English (at least C1) is mandatory (extra languages are a plus!);
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant AML and CTF typologies and regulatory obligations;
At least one of the following certifications: ICA certifications in AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance and/or CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist);
Good knowledge of the Financial Service Industry (e-commerce, BNPL, Retail Banking products and services);
Analytical skills for the efficient collation and processing of large sets of intelligence and data;
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently detect patterns and deviations;
Computer and OSINT literacy;
Data management, SQL (desirable), JIRA, or equivalent case management system;
Google and social media, and other open sources.
What we offer:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09h to 18h
Base Salary: varies according to experience and/or relevant certifications (between *****€ and *****€, x14 months)
Meal Allowance: 7,63€ (meal card)
FlexBen: 575€/year
Signing Bonus: equivalent to one monthly base salary, paid in the 4th month
