What Youll do
* Define and clarify project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
* Build and maintain project plans for backend impacts in JIRA, including timelines and dependencies;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (feature teams, architects, back-office teams) to design scalable and performant solutions;
* Draft and maintain technical specifications and design decisions in Confluence;
* Create and manage detailed technical user stories for developers in JIRA;
* Support frontend and backend developers by answering technical questions during implementation;
* Perform partial technical testing to validate solutions and integrations;
* Ensure technical documentation is always up to date;
* Analyze and resolve support tickets related to digital backend systems;
* Facilitate agile rituals such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives;
* Remote Work Model.
What You Are
* Degree in Computer Science or related field;
* Minimum of 5 years experience in e-commerce systems and processes;
* Strong knowledge of backend APIs, development constraints, and design patterns (with emphasis on Microservices);
* Proven expertise in technical design: sequence diagrams, flow modeling (frontend, backend, back-for-front, back-office), and API design;
* Experience documenting specifications in Confluence and creating user stories in JIRA;
* Solid understanding of omnichannel e-commerce system constraints: web performance, scalability, observability, monitoring, WebView management;
* Strong communication skills to work effectively with product owners, developers, architects, OPS, and support teams;
* Ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently;
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
