For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role;
Solid knowledgeof Windows operating systems (7, 10, 11);
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365;
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP;
Experience withremote support tools and ticketing systems;
Technicalor higher education in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2 Level) is mandatory;
Must be available for on-site work in Lisbon, Portugal
