About The Role
At Uber Eats, we're building the future of on-demand delivery, and we're looking for a bold, strategic leader to own and grow our most important restaurant partnerships in Portugal. As Head of Enterprise & Strategic Accounts, you'll lead a high-performing team of 5+ Account Managers and Customer Success professionals, driving impact at scale with some of the biggest names in the industry.
This is a high-visibility role where your leadership and commercial instincts will shape Uber Eats' growth with enterprise partners and how we deliver value to millions of eaters across Portugal.
What You'll Do
* Lead with vision: Own the strategy for Uber Eats' most strategic restaurant partners in Portugal, developing long-term plans to unlock growth for both sides.
* Drive business impact: Manage a large portfolio contributing significantly to Uber Eats' gross bookings. Steer joint business planning, revenue expansion, and operational excellence.
* Build senior relationships: Cultivate trust-based relationships with C-level executives, creating shared value and co-developing growth strategies.
* Inspire & develop talent: Attract, coach, and empower a team of high-caliber account managers and customer success managers. Foster an inclusive, performance-driven, and customer-obsessed culture.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Operations, Marketing, Regional Leadership, and Global Enterprise teams to leverage Uber Eats' full potential for partners.
* Shape global strategy: Contribute to regional and global enterprise playbooks by sharing learnings and scaling best practices across countries.
What You Will Need
* 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, strategy consulting, or similar, preferably in fast-growth tech or food delivery.
* People leadership experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with data interpretation and decision-making skills.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English, confident engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive storytelling and analysis.
* Strong relationship-building skills with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
* Bonus: Background in MBB consulting, scale-ups, or tech giants; SQL literacy is a plus.
