* Responsible for planning, initiating, and coordinating all capacity planning activities in the store/market in collaboration with key stakeholders;
* Monitor, analyze, control, and track capacity planning to ensure quality and cost efficiency;
* Facilitate clear communication and cooperation with stakeholders and business partners in the store and market/country to ensure alignment;
* Act as a contact point with different teams to minimize issues related to facilities and workload increases;
* Organize and prioritize installation and measurement schedules based on available capacity;
* Ensure compliance with specifications to maintain a safe working environment;
* Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently, accurately, and amicably.
