* Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts.
* Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders to define solutions.
* Analyze business requirements critically and challenge them when necessary.
* Identify and specify solutions with architects.
* Effectively breakdown business needs into product backlogs which can then be implemented in iterative development cycles.
* Clearly communicate business needs to development teams by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Test user stories during development and contribute to increase test automation coverage.
* Participate in organizing user acceptance tests with end users.
* Write and update documentation adapted to target audiences and deliver training sessions.
Requirements
* Good written and oral communication skills associated with excellent teamwork.
* Agile experience.
* Understanding of IT concepts such as API, Authentication, Workflow.
* Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
* Proven analytical and organizational skills.
* French language proficiency (B2).
* English language proficiency (B2).
* Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
