About the Role Our client is seeking a smart, client-facing Client Integration Specialist to help top global brands deliver personalized, interactive video experiences at scale.
This role blends technical problem-solving with client engagement, requiring strong communication and technical skills to ensure smooth integrations and high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities Own and manage client integrations from kickoff through launch.
Build custom scripts (JavaScript, JSON, APIs) to support integration success.
Participate in client calls to troubleshoot, QA, and debug source code.
Write clear documentation, technical specs, and contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications & Requirements Strong skills in JavaScript and web technologies.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Clear communicator, fast thinker, detail-oriented.
Comfortable leading technical client conversations.
Bonus Skills Experience with CRMs (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Familiarity with SaaS environments or Adobe After Effects.
Strong visual eye for design and playback issues.
