We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated German-speaking customer service expert to join our remote team based in Braga. This role offers the chance to provide top-notch support to German-speaking customers with technical issues related to website solutions.
About the Role:
* Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with website-related issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to website setup, configuration, and functionality
* Assist customers in using website tools, explaining features and resolving issues efficiently
* Log all customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system for proper follow-up
* E nsure prompt and professional resolution of issues to guarantee customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Fluent in German (C2 level required)
* Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher preferred)
* Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage but not essential
* Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and troubleshooting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
