Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to design a roadmap aligned with financial goals
* Manage assigned vacancies and source candidates using various recruitment tools
* Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and shortlist qualified individuals
* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Earn attractive commissions for successfully placing candidates
Requirements
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Experience in a multicultural environment
* Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus
* Knowledge and interest in digital marketing and social media platforms
* Strong communication skills with a good level of English and French
* Experience in BPO (Call Centers, Customer Service, Sales&Marketing)
