Working schedule: Full time.
Start date: June / July 2025
End date: Full-time 2025 season ends in October, with some ongoing work in the off-season.

Now, we are looking for another inspiring soul to join us as Head of Production — someone passionate about creating amazing events and growing with us as we expand.

Aims of the role
You will be the operational maestro that puts our plans into action. We are looking for someone who can build on our work to date and bring experience and expertise to level-up our operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning, pre-production, and field production for our in-person events for both public and private clients.
2. Project management: overseeing the production process from pre-production to post-production.
3. Managing a team of 6 to 8 events crew members.
4. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and develop new processes.
5. Ensuring quality standards are met and customers have an excellent experience.
6. Research and management of suppliers and partners.
7. Active participation in expansion and development plans.
8. Venue research and communication.
9. Production scheduling and payments reports.
Essential Requirements
We'd love to talk to you if you have:
- Strong leadership and communication skills with teams, customers, and partners.
- Previous management and team leadership experience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills: the ability to identify and resolve problems independently.
- At least 3 years of experience leading event production.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of music projects and local musicians.
- Experience dealing with public entities.
- Experience working in growing and expanding projects.
- Understanding of business principles.
