About the role
As a Mid-level Developer, you will design and build solutions on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, owning features from technical design to deployment. You will work closely with consultants and architects, contributing with both technical expertise and proactive collaboration with clients.
Your responsibilities will be
* Design, develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service.
* Implement custom plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and Power Automate flows.
* Extend platform capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate and, when relevant, Power BI.
* Contribute to integrations with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps and REST APIs.
* Participate in the definition of technical designs and solution patterns together with architects and senior developers.
* Support deployment pipelines and configuration management for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including basic CI/CD practices.
* Maintain and troubleshoot existing solutions, ensuring performance, reliability and adherence to best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and provide technical input in client workshops.
What we are looking for
* Typically 2 to 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform development (online or on-premises).
* Solid skills in C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, and experience building plugins, custom workflows and client-side customizations.
* Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including solution-aware flows and environment management.
* Good understanding of integration concepts, REST APIs and Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle and DevOps principles, including source control and automated deployments.
* Ability to work independently on features, estimate effort and communicate progress.
* Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with consultants and client-side stakeholders.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform certifications are highly valued.
