About the role We're a Growth Marketing agency that ships a high volume of direct-response Meta ads for our clients on a weekly basis. We're looking for a Creative Strategist whose primary job is to turn research, data, and audience insight into sharp, ready-to-produce creative briefs. You won't be editing videos or running media buys — your craft is the brief: the hook, the angle, the psychological wedge, and the framework that makes an ad convert. You'll work inside our established briefing process and frameworks, so we care less about whether you've memorized every formula and more about whether you can think clearly about why an ad works and write a brief a creator or editor can execute without a dozen follow-up questions. What we're looking for! - You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience - You understand paid media and the types of content converts - You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life - You are detail-orientated, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - You know how powerful AI is and know how to use it - You're open minded and willing to learn - You are comfortable communicating learnings with both team members and clients - You love all things eCommerce and digital marketing. It's a topic you geek out on...reading blogs, listening to podcasts & hunting down new strategies you can apply is fun for you What you'll be doing! - Analyse the performance of the creatives. - Prepare video briefs for the editors based on what's working well and/or new creative angles - Prepare scripts for the brand founders and creators for UGC content - Develop creative strategy for new accounts by creating and maintaining a 'Master' client document. - Brainstorming ad angles and hook variations weekly - Keeping a pulse on the industry to find out what's working (and not working) for others, ad policy updates etc. Use this alongside your own ideation to inspire creative concepts. This position is fully remote and full-time.
