As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Compensation and Benefits Director to join our team and lead our compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries.
What you'll doLead regional implementation of global compensation & benefits strategies, including job grading and architecture programs.Define regional principles to harmonize compensation and benefits programs while respecting local market needs.Manage annual compensation cycles (merit reviews, bonuses) in line with global timelines.Monitor total compensation competitiveness through market benchmarking and recommend adjustments.Analyze compensation survey data to provide market insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.Ensure compliance with local regulations, support audits, and manage remediation plans.Champion EU Pay Transparency compliance, fostering equitable pay practices and transparency.Serve as a subject matter expert and regional point of contact for compensation and benefits topics.Train and coach local C&B professionals to build regional reward capabilities.What you'll needBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years specialized in Compensation & Benefits.Proven track record managing regional/global reward programs across multiple countries and expertise in complex reward structures and international compliance frameworks.Expert proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Deep knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking.Strong understanding of international labor, tax, and social security laws.Familiarity with ESG-linked compensation metrics and EU Pay Transparency regulations.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level interaction.Strategic, analytical thinker with commercial orientation.Excellent work opportunity in a dynamic leading multinational company;Possibility of cooperation with leaders in various industries;Investment in training and personal development;Modern, centrally located buildings with canteen facilities and an excellent public transportation connection;Health Insurance;Possibility to live in one of our apartments;Teleperformance PortugalTP Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe, according to Great Place to Work.
