We are seeking a Transformation & Projects Officer to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid model).
Key Responsibilities
Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorise the selection and planning of all related projects and activities; Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage; Plan, schedule,monitor and report on activities related to the project; Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams; Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk; Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment; Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results; Experience withMS Office, Jira, Confluence, Power BI (nice to have); Fluent inEnglish.We Offer
