You will be responsible for designing collections from concept to final production-ready tech packs, bringing strong ideas to life while ensuring every piece aligns with the vision of each brand.You must have a strong eye for design, understand current fashion and streetwear trends.Collection Development:Design full collections across both brandsResearch trends, references, and inspiration for upcoming dropsDevelop strong concepts that align with each brand identityCreate cohesive collections, not just individual piecesGarment Designs:Design hoodies, tees, joggers, outerwear, accessories, bags, caps, and moreDevelop silhouettes, cuts, fits, washes, trims, embroidery, and detailsExecution:Create detailed tech packs ready for productionReview samples and make revisions for fit, quality, and finishEnsure final products match the original design visionProduct Understanding:Understand what products perform best and whyHelp guide product decisions based on customer demand and market trendsContribute new ideas that improve future drops and product categoriesYou must have:Strong experience in fashion or apparel product designExperience designing for streetwear, lifestyle, or performance apparelStrong understanding of garment construction and manufacturingStrong knowledge of fabrics, trims, fits, and garment finishingAbility to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detailStrong independent thinking and problem-solvingBonus if you have:Experience with anime-inspired, faith-based, or niche community brandsExperience working with drop-based ecommerce brandsPosition Details:Full-timeRemoteWorking across both Invicta Kuru and Saint KaizenCompetitive salary based on experience
