\Helpers ensure the success of large-scale CRM solutions by leading cross-functional technology teams, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. This role requires a professional with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, experience in team management, and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Designing conceptual architecture and functional/technical solutions for complex projects.
* Liaising between customers, IT staff, and business partners to resolve issues efficiently.
* Managing teams across phases of Avanade projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test).
* Reviewing team work and providing feedback for improvement.
