MAIN PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist with a strong background in SAP logistics and integration to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and implementing solutions that seamlessly integrate our products and systems with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics processes, SAP functionalities, and modern integration technologies to ensure efficient and reliable supply chain operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Participate to the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with Product Owner, business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and IT to understand business needs, help to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 3PL integration initiatives.
* Requirements Definition: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for integrating Richemont systems with 3PL platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
* Solution Design & Development Support: Work closely with development teams, architects, and external partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs. Provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
* SAP Logistics Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in SAP logistics modules to design and optimize processes, configurations, and data flows related to 3PL interactions (e.g., order fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, inventory management).
* Integration & API Management: Utilize strong knowledge of micro-services, APIs, and other integration technologies to design robust and scalable integration solutions between internal systems and 3PL platforms.
* Troubleshooting & Debugging: Apply excellent debugging skills in SAP to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues arising from 3PL integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the quality and reliability of integrated solutions before deployment.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, and 3PL partners, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of integrated solutions, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
* Technology Scouting: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics, SAP, and integration to recommend innovative solutions.
PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE JOB
* Education
o Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
o SAP Certification would be a plus.
* Experience
o Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working on multiple SAP projects specifically within the logistics domain (e.g., SAP WM, EWM, SD, MM, LE
* Languages
o English (fluent mandatory)
o French and/or German are a plus
* Technical Skills:
o Proven strong debugging skills within SAP environments (ABAP debugging, transaction analysis, etc.).
o Good knowledge and practical experience with idocs.
o Good knowledge and practical experience with micro-services architecture, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other modern integration patterns and technologies.
o Demonstrated experience in integrating SAP systems with external platforms, particularly 3PL systems.
o Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes (warehousing, transportation, order management).
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Ability to identify whenever communication to his peers or superiors in the SAPCC or business organization is required.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
