Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Support tools such asActive Directory, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and ticketing platforms
Escalate complex issues to appropriate resolver groups
Accurately document incidents, solutions, and procedures
Ensure compliance withSLAs and support processes
? Requirements
Fluency in Dutchand good communication skills inEnglish
Previous experience inIT Support / Service Deskroles
Hands-on experience withActive Directory, Outlook, Teams, and ticketing tools
Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
Legal right to work inPortugal
Comfortable working in ahybrid setup(Lisbon or Porto or Fundao)
