Coach teams and stakeholders onAgile (Scrum)principles and promote a high-performing, self-organizing team culture. Drivechange managementby supporting adoption of Agile ways of working, managing resistance, and enabling stakeholder alignment. Identify and remove impediments; proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers. Support Product Owners and teams to improve backlog clarity, prioritization, and delivery outcomes. Track progress using Agile metrics and ensure transparent communication and reporting.Required Skills & Experience: Mid/Senior-level experience as aScrum Masterin Agile environments. Strong knowledge ofAgile – Scrumand hands-on facilitation/coaching experience. Demonstrated experience inChange Management(driving adoption, process improvement, stakeholder engagement). Familiarity with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).
