Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Águeda. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules, and providing general support to the executive team. Tasks also include clerical duties such as filing, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Proficiency in Clerical Skills
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Proficiency in PHC
* Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is a plus
* Fluency in Portuguese and English is preferred
