Requirements:

* Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo mandatory)
* Background in customer service (travel/hospitality preferred)
* Metrics-driven approach, with strong communication and collaboration skills
* Tech-savvy (Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce)
* Flexibility to work rotating schedules (Monday - Sunday, 7 AM to 10 PM)
