Tasks
Second level support for our Road transport management applications
Processing, analyzing and solving support requests and creating of documentation
Preparation, execution and control of regular or unscheduled program changes on the test and production environments
Support with the technical setup of new operating sites
Single point of contact for our Service Desk and close cooperation with specialist departments and development groups in the course of problem solving
Qualifications
Successfully completed training in the field of IT
High IT affinity and enjoy solving software and technical problems, as well as the willingness to learn solution methods for IT problems
Several years of experience in first or second level support
Confident handling of Office programs and other IT tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
Strong communication skills, flexibility and service-oriented mindset desirable
Good knowledge of English
