About this role
This is a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Legal Back-Office Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations, and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence.
* We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative.
* The ideal candidate will have a high level of French (C2) and fluent in English (B2).

What you'll do
Key responsibilities:
1. Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
2. Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
3. Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high level of French (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus
