Reporting Line
Senior Delivery Manager
Responsibilities
* Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to align priorities.
* Collaborate with team leads and engineering managers to plan work, monitor progress, and increase efficiency.
* Coordinate and prioritize work across multiple teams to meet delivery timelines.
* Maintain ownership of the domain roadmap and provide status updates.
* Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate progress.
* Act as a product expert and technical contact with third-party providers and customers.
* Collaborate with other Delivery Managers on larger initiatives.
Candidate Profile
You are: a highly organized and proactive Delivery Manager who excels at driving projects from start to finish. You possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, ensuring team alignment, meeting deadlines, and removing obstacles. Your ability to balance strategy and execution makes you vital in delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
* 3+ years in Project, Delivery, or Engineering Management within banking, fintech, or financial software sectors.
* Proven experience in implementing complex products internally and directly to customers.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban.
* Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Python programming skills are a plus.
* Technical knowledge of HTTP and REST APIs.
* Familiarity with ticketing and tracking systems.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Industry Knowledge (Optional)
Understanding of payments and banking industries is advantageous.
