Job Description:
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Higher education qualifications, preferably in the area of Logistics or Management;
* Previous experience in the logistics sector, particularly in planning, preferably in the automotive sector;
* Knowledge of export procedures;
* Fluency in English and/or French;
* Good interpersonal skills;
* Proactive, dynamic, organized profile, with the ability to work under stress, good analytical skills;
* Knowledge of Office tools and AS400-based systems;
* Availability to reside in the district of Portalegre.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this professional will have the key responsibilities:
* Operational management of orders from your customer portfolio, based on stocks, customer needs and production plan;
* Preparation, control and monitoring of the Production/Logistics plan and ensuring compliance with the quantities and delivery deadlines required by the customer;
* Support for logistics operations, at operational and information systems level;
* Ensuring control of logistics operations and product dispatch.
