For one of our global clients, we are currently looking for experienced SAP Success Factors Consultants with strong skills in one of the submodules.Job details:Role: SAP Success Factors ConsultantLocation: Highly preferred to have hybrid work with one day in the office in Lisbon, Braga or CoimbraFull timeStart date: ASAPDuration: 6-12 months + extensionScope:Analyze current time management and absence processesAdvise on best practices and solution design within SAP Success FactorsLead or support end-to-end implementation activitiesConduct workshops (remote and occasional onsite sessions)Configure and test the solutionSupport integration discussions (if applicable)Assist during deployment and post-go-live supportSkills:Minimum 3-5 years of strong expertise in SAP Success FactorsProven experience in one of the Success Factors areas ( Employee Central, Time Tracking, Learning, Recruiting, Reporting, Integration, Data MigrationStrong configuration skills in Success FactorsAt least one full end-to-end implementation experience in one of the modules defined above.Fluent in English and/or Portuguese
