Job Title: Project & Operations Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time

About Us

We are a leading company specialising in the design and installation of Smart Homes, Home Cinemas, and Multi-room Audio/Video systems. Our projects combine edge technology with elegant design, delivering seamless living experiences for our clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project & Operations Coordinator to act as the central liaison across multiple projects, ensuring smooth communication, efficient operations, and effective resource management. This individual will play a vital role in coordinating between technical teams, suppliers, and clients while keeping projects on track and within budget.


Responsibilities

* Serve as the central liaison for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring clear communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Review and work with AutoCAD drawings to assist project planning and installations.
* Manage ordering and purchasing of equipment, materials, and services.
* Oversee accounting and invoicing support, including tracking project budgets and expenses.
* Maintain stock control, ensuring inventory is up to date and available for project needs.
* Provide strong organisational support, scheduling deliveries, coordinating timelines, and updating project trackers.
* Work independently to solve problems quickly and efficiently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Communicate fluently in English and Portuguese with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.


Qualifications

* Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role, ideally in AV/technology, construction, or design industries.
* Background in Civil Engineering / Architecture (would be an advantage).
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD (essential).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
* Experience in purchasing, stock control, and accounting support.
* Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly.
* A proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
* Proficiency with MS Office and/or project management software.
* Hold a valid driving license.
