Job Title: Public Service Redesign Expert
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the design, development and implementation of structural reforms in EU Member States.
* Analyse and assess public services within the Single Digital Gateway framework to identify opportunities for redesign.
* Propose user-centred service models aligned with digital delivery requirements.
* Draft implementation roadmaps to support the transition to modernised public services.
* Collaborate with public administration teams to simplify internal processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A master's degree in public administration, political science or a related field.
* At least 8 years' experience in public sector reform, service design or digital transformation.
* Experience working with national digitalisation strategies or EU Member States' administration.
* Strong knowledge of process re-engineering, human-centric design and administrative simplification.
