Your Responsibilities
* You will develop and implement learning journeys for top performers, high potential and senior leadership.
* You will establish coaching and mentoring programs.
* You will execute learning development processes and tools.
* You will participate in L&D projects and initiatives.
* You will assist in designing training materials, modules, and e-learning content.
* You will maintain the Learning Management System by adding new courses, tracking user progress, and generating reports.
* You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to learners.
Requirements
* You have a University qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Education and Training or an equivalent scientific field.
* You have 1-2 years of experience in training, learning & development or a related role.
* You have proven ability to master the full training cycle.
* You are familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Authoring Tools.
