Senior Public Relations Consultant
We are seeking a seasoned public relations professional to manage client accounts and lead the development of creative content and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will serve as a strategic consultant to clients, defining deadlines and service contracts.
* You will regularly review account performance, identifying opportunities to propose additional services.
* You will lead the team in developing innovative content and projects for clients.
* You will define proposals and activation plans for clients.
* You will contribute to the development of new business, participating in pitches with our New Business team.
* You will provide expert advice to clients, backed by data-driven analyses.
* You will stay up-to-date on best practices and current industry trends.
* You will contribute to and support continuous improvement of systems, practices, and policies.
Requirements:
* You must possess fluency in English (C2) and Spanish.
* You have 3-4+ years of experience in an agency or similar environment.
* You understand the media landscape and can identify and propose opportunities for client positioning.
* You have a proactive and dynamic attitude, organizational skills, time management skills, and creativity.
* You have flexibility, dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
* You have experience working with integrated clients, B2B, and B2C.
