We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial
Partner Manager
to expand and energize our partner ecosystem. If you thrive on building strategic relationships, driving joint success, and scaling revenue through partnerships. Then this role is for you.
How can you help us
:
Develop and execute Automaise's partner strategy across Europe and UK&I, including technology alliances, system integrators, and consulting firms.
Identify, onboard, and nurture high-impact partners to drive joint sales and solution delivery.
Develop the Automaise Partner Program, ensuring partners are enabled, engaged, and aligned with our growth goals.
Collaborate with partners to win new business, co-sell opportunities, and expand into new markets.
Drive partner-led revenue growth through strategic account planning, pipeline development, and deal execution.
Promote cross-selling of Automaise products, services, and training within partner networks.
Conduct regular partner business reviews with both Automaise and partner executives to assess performance and optimize collaboration.
Deliver accurate forecasts and pipeline reports, ensuring visibility and accountability across partner channels.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner success and alignment.
What we expect from you
:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or partner management.
Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems, with strong relationships across Europe and UK&I.
Experience selling/managing partner relations with software in the customer service/experience space and or consulting industry is a strong plus.
Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
