About the Role
As a seasoned AI Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of industrial AI applications. Our team is committed to delivering groundbreaking solutions that redefine what's possible.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop cloud-native, data-intensive, and AI-enabled applications with scalability, reliability, and security on platforms like AWS.
* Lead the design of microservices, APIs, and event-driven integrations for high-quality, well-governed data products.
* Partner with data and AI engineers to embed Retrieval-Augmented Generation and recommender systems into production services.
* Drive cloud-native modernization initiatives and guide teams through PoCs and co-creation activities.
* Establish architecture standards and promote best practices for secure software development and API design.
Your Ideal Profile:
* Over 7 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, including recent experience as a Software Architect or IT Architect.
* Strong background in designing distributed systems using Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
* Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS) and cloud-native runtimes such as containers and Kubernetes.
* Solid understanding of data-intensive application design and working with relational databases and search technologies.
* Familiarity with AI and data use cases, including system integration with AI services and RAG-based solutions.
* Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams and driving Agile ways of working.
