What you will need to bringMaster's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar; Solid experience (+2 years) with IT recruitment contexts in fast paced companies; Understanding of existing IT profiles, main Programming languages, Cloud ecosystems, infrastructure, etc.; Good verbal and written communication level and ability to empathize; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on solutions and creative approaches; Highly organized, detail oriented, extremely responsive and able to prioritize efficiently; Self-motivated, with high performance working independently and with others; Willingness to learn and grow professionally; Very Good English level, verbal and written (mandatory).
